Shipping & Returns
Before finalizing your order, please check your shipping details are correct as we unable to change once your parcel has been dispatched.
All orders are processed & dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.
We use Fastway Couriers for our deliveries and this covers most metropolitan areas. We use Australia Post where Fastway Couriers can’t go which includes PO Box addresses or areas not covered by Fastway network. No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your parcel has been dispatched.
All Beautiful Soles products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Nowra, NSW.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY RATES
We charge a flat rate of $9.00
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIMES
These are their estimated delivery timeframes:
All capital cities (excluding Perth/NT) – delivery is between 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Perth & Darwin capital cities – delivery is between 7-9 business days from dispatch.
Regional Australia – allow 5-7 business days from dispatch.
All orders via the Fastway Couriers network will require a signature on delivery and will not leave parcels at unattended premises. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, a slip will be left at the address and the parcel can be re-delivered at a convenient time.
Once you receive your tracking ID you can track your parcels via the Fastway Couriers website or Australia Post website. If your parcel has not arrived in the estimated time period we recommend you check online for up-to-date information on your delivery. Keep in mind, couriered parcels require a signature so the parcel may be awaiting your re-delivery times.

We understand that buying online can be a little risky in terms of getting the sizing right. To ensure you feel comfortable making that purchase we do offer exchanges and your first return is free of charge, ie. we will pay for the shipping of the exchange pair.
If you would like to return your shoes to us, we would be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as you meet the following criteria:
The products are unworn/unused and in new condition;
Original packaging is in original condition;
The products have been in your possession for no longer than 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above has not been adhered to. Simply follow the instructions below to send your shoes back to us.
HOW TO RETURN
If you purchased In-store please visit Shop 74 Kinghorne Street, NOWRA NSW 2541 for an exchange.
If you purchased online via direct deposit:
1. Email our Customer Care team at email@example.com. Quote your order number & name in the Subject field.
2. Include in your email what you would like to exchange your shoes for ie. next size up, next size down etc. Make sure you include a contact number.
4. Once we have received your returns request we will send a confirmation email with a reference number. When you receive this your will need to send your exchange item back to:

5. Once we have received your return parcel we will send the alternate pair to you within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking id once the exchange pair has been dispatched.
6. We offer your FIRST EXCHANGE FREE. Which means you will not be charged for the additional shipping costs for the exchange pair.
NB: Any additional returns will attract a $9.95 shipping fee which we can process via credit card or issue a PayPal invoice.
