Free Gift Card

All shoes come in clear pvc plastic pouches. If you are buying Beautiful Soles as a gift we can also include a free gift card with your personal message.  To send a gift card, simply select your purchase and proceed to the checkout through our online shop. During checkout process tell us in the 'Message to Seller' the recipient's name and address along with the note you would like included on the enclosed card (Max. 25 words).

Please Note: no invoice or pricing will be included in the package.

Postage and Delivery

Beautiful Soles delivers both Australia wide and Internationally using regular Australia Post. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving full payment. If you wish to Express Post your purchase (Guaranteed Next day Delivery*) an additional charge of $3.50 will be payable & you can choose this option at checkout.

*No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. 

*Outlying and rural areas can take up to 3-4 days, but are usually delivered within 72 hours.  Next day gurantee only available across certain Post networks, see www.auspost.com.au or call 13 13 18 for more information.

Australian Delivery Rates
We charge a flat rate of $5.00.

New Zealand Delivery Rates
We charge a flat rate of $8.50.

Wholesale Delivery rates upon application. We use fastway couriers for all deliveries.

Please Note: that we are charged a redelivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is given. This fee must be paid by the sender before we will re-dispatch the order so please be sure you have the correct address/hospital details when you place your order.

International Orders

Beautiful Soles is based in Sydney, Australia and our shopping cart is currently customized for Australian buyers.   We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail. Postage charges vary and will be applied to your order after we receive it. We will contact you (within 24 hours, Monday to Friday) via email to advise of the actual cost of postage before dispatching your purchase.  We can easily organise any additional postage costs through PayPal.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not provide refunds, however we will happily exchange an unworn item in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. An additional postage charge will apply in this situation.

Privacy Statement

No personal information provided to Beautiful Soles will be handed to any third party.  Personal information is stored in  a secure manner and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it.

All pricing on this website is quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Beautiful Soles reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
