Postage and DeliveryBeautiful Soles delivers both Australia wide and Internationally using Fastway Couriers (most metropolitan areas) & Australia Post where Fastway Couriers can't go. Please note Fastway Couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses or areas not covered by Fastway network, these will be sent via Australia Post Track & Trace service. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving full payment.*No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. *Outlying and rural areas can take up to 3-4 days, but are usually delivered within 72 hours. Next day guarantee only available across certain Post networks, see www.auspost.com.au or call 13 13 18 for more information. Australian Delivery Rates We charge a flat rate of $8.00. New Zealand Delivery Rates We charge a flat rate of $10.20. Just choose the Express Post option at checkout. Wholesale Delivery rates upon application. We use Fastway couriers for all deliveries (unless delivery is a PO Box address). Please Note: that we are charged a redelivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is given, so check your PayPal account is up to date. This fee must be paid by the sender before we will re-dispatch the order so please be sure you have the correct address/hospital details when you place your order. International OrdersBeautiful Soles is based in Sydney, Australia and our shopping cart is currently customized for Australian buyers. We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail. Postage charges vary and will be applied to your order after we receive it. We will contact you (within 24 hours, Monday to Friday) via email to advise of the actual cost of postage before dispatching your purchase. We can easily organise any additional postage costs through PayPal. |
